🛒 Orders

Browse our menu on the dashboard, click on any item to view details, choose your options, then click Add to Cart. Once you're ready, open the cart and click Checkout to complete your order.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them. After that, the kitchen begins preparation and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately via the Contact page if you need to make changes.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an SMS update with the estimated arrival time. You can also check your order history under My Account → Profile for real-time status updates.
Yes, the minimum order amount is KSH 500 for delivery orders. There is no minimum for pick-up orders.

🚚 Delivery

Yes! We deliver within Nairobi CBD and surrounding areas including Westlands, Eastleigh, Kasarani, Utawala, and more. Enter your location at checkout to confirm availability.
Most orders are delivered within 30–45 minutes after confirmation. During peak hours (12pm–2pm and 6pm–8pm), delivery may take up to 60 minutes. You'll be notified if there are any delays.
Yes! Orders above KSH 2,000 qualify for free delivery. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of KSH 100–200 applies depending on your location.
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us immediately with your order details and we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

💳 Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
  • M-Pesa (Paybill & Till)
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Visa & Mastercard (debit/credit)
  • Airtel Money
Absolutely. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
Refunds are available for orders that are incorrect, missing items, or undelivered. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method. Contact us within 2 hours of your order to initiate a refund.

🍔 Menu & Food

We are open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 9:45 PM may not be accepted.
Yes! We offer several vegetarian-friendly options including veggie burgers, bhajias, samosas, chapati, fresh juices, and sides like fries. Vegan options are available on request — please mention it in your order notes.
Yes — each item's product detail page lists common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.). If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering and we'll advise on safe choices.
Yes! Every order is prepared fresh upon request. We do not reheat pre-cooked food. This is why preparation may take 10–15 minutes before dispatch.

👤 Account

Yes, you need to sign in to complete checkout. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute — it also lets you track orders, view history, and save your delivery address.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Go to Profile → Order History from the navigation menu. You'll see all past orders, their status, and the total amount paid.
